Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema

Ingredients

For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper

For the Avocado Crema

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt

Other

  • Corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with oil and seasonings.
  2. Grill 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Blend crema ingredients until smooth.
  4. Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, pico de gallo, and avocado crema.
