Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema

Ingredients
For the Shrimp
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
For the Avocado Crema
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt
Other
- Corn tortillas
- Shredded cabbage
- Pico de gallo
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with oil and seasonings.
- Grill 2–3 minutes per side.
- Blend crema ingredients until smooth.
- Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, pico de gallo, and avocado crema.
Serve with: Chips and fresh guacamole.
